Don built a brand-new construction for us in 2018-19. Right from the get-go Don was always
responsive to our requests and needs. We had some peculiar/different aspects that we wanted to
create and Don was up for the challenge! Don was quick to respond to questions, suggestions and
requests through out the entire process. That was so appreciated and always felt like we were his #1
client! Don has a great relationship with his sub-contractors and was able to get them to adjust their
schedules as necessary to ensure staying on schedule. We got to know his “guys” and sub-contractors
and everyone was professional and a joy to work with. We had the ability to visit the site on a regular
basis and the crew always made us feel welcome to poke around. Don kept us abreast of budgetary
impact of changes that came along the way and always was considerate of our budget. We’re very
happy with our new primary residence here in Kennebunk. Truly anyone that comes through the house
is blown away by its beauty, craftsmanship and the many details incorporated to make it our home!
