Our site presented Don and his crew with several challenges that they gracefully and creatively overcame. While keeping us informed at all times on every aspect of the job. Being from NY as the construction was going on, Don was extremely informative. Our phone calls, text, and emails never went unanswered and were always first on Don's list. Don and his employees maintained the highest degree of professionalism, high quality craftsmanship, • and were very responsive and friendly throughout the process. Even through the coldest of Maine days, work was and did progress. Don worked in a cooperative and collaborative fashion with us at all times. It was obvious to' us from the beginning that Don takes great pride in his details. This ethical way of workmanship was carried throughout the entire project. We are extremely pleased with the aesthetic results, as well as Dons ability to complete the job on time and within budget. Don was considerate, and his accommodating efforts went above and beyond allowing us to use his personal garage for storage as well as receiving and inspecting several items at his personal address. All of Dons extra efforts gave us the utmost absolute confidence at all times. Equally important to us was the work ethics of his crew. Always being considerate and accommodating to not only us, but our neighbors to. Keeping the noise level at a low, and keeping the worksite spotless at all times. This experience was better than expected.
