Last year Don put on an addition to our home in Kennebunkport. It was a bedroom, bath, and entry hall. It was finished on time, on budget, and the whole project went smoothly and the attention to detail by Don was exceptional. In the past we have built a home in Massachusetts, and renovated a home in Kennebunkport and know how important it is to have orders placed and subs lined up so that there is no lag time and the project moves quickly. Don was absolutely on top of all orders and his subs were excellent. I was on site on and off during the building process and Don was extremely conscientious about trying not to intrude and kept disruption to a minimum. I also think a very important aspect of the project was that Don not only had a number of suggestions to improve our addition, but also did some of the work himself. He did a remarkable job of tiling the shower, worked hard to match the stain and board lengths for the flooring. What I liked about this is that he didn't just manage the project, but participated in the work itself and had an attention to detail.
So, all in all, we recommend Don and his company highly! We are also happy to talk to anyone about our project or even show Don's work.
